Classic Vietnam

From today we join another 10 adventurers and our guide for 15 days, and are travelling with Intrepid on their Intrepid Classic Vietnam Trip I shall from today copy the type from their daily itinery

A day of leisure or not in Ho Chi Min City

Arriving midday after a long flight we take a quick transfer (hopefully) to our hotel for the next few days Villa Song Siagon

This hotel in the outskirts of Ho Chi Min City is nestled on the riverbank a short river trip down to the centre of town. They provide a private boat to take you there and back.

So off we go again, leaving behind blustery, windy and wet Scarborough and heading off into the sun.

Arriving mid morning at Leeds Bradford Airport, we take BA flight, business class down to London Heathow, a quick 70 minute flight, just under 3 hour later we will be on the BA flight to Bangkok, business class again. After 11 1/2 hours suitably refreshed we have a 1 1/2 hour pause until our final flight, this time only 50 minutes on a Vietnam airways flight to Ho Chi Min City, arriving at just after 1pm in the afternoon (Thursday 12th March)
